The West Niagara Fair is just around the corner, and we’re getting our volunteer team ready!
Join us for our Volunteer Orientation & Training Night on September 1 from 6:00–8:00 PM. This evening is for both new and returning volunteers and will cover everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared for Fair weekend.
What to Expect- Meet fellow West Niagara Fair volunteers and our volunteer coordinators
- Learn about your volunteer role and responsibilities
- Review important Fair weekend procedures and expectations
- Go over schedules, check-in procedures, communication, and where to go for help
- Learn about safety, emergency procedures, and working with the public
- Get familiar with the Fairgrounds and key volunteer areas
- Ask questions and get answers before Fair weekend
Whether this is your first year volunteering or you’ve been part of the Fair for years, we want you to feel informed, welcomed, and ready to help make the 2026 West Niagara Fair a success!
