Calling all Vendors to the 2025 West Niagara Fair!
We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 West Niagara Fair - taking place September 5–7! New this year, we’re pleased to offer both indoor and outdoor Vendor Marketplace spaces to suit a variety of needs.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE. See below under Event Insurance for an easy option through our partner, Duuo Insurance.

Indoor Vendor Spaces (Power available, on request)

Vendor Eligibility
We welcome applications for retail, groups, and pre-packaged food sales.
Note: Popcorn, cotton candy, and candy apples may NOT be sold.
Hours of Operation
Indoor Vendors must be staffed and operational during all fair hours:
Friday, September 5 – 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, September 6 – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday, September 7 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Outdoor Vendors - Sunday attendance is optional. Please notify WNAS in advance if you do not plan to be present.
Included with Registration
2 Vendor Passes (valid for full weekend admission).
Additional passes available for purchase prior to the event
Note: Onsite camping is not available.
Setup Times
Thursday, September 4th: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, September 5th: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
All vendors must be fully set up and vehicles moved to parking lot by 3:45 PM on Friday.
Community Groups & Not-for-Profits
We welcome local organizations to apply for a discounted rate in exchange for providing a free interactive activity for fairgoers (e.g. Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Crafts). To inquire, please complete the vendor application form and indicate your planned activity.
EVENT INSURANCE
Great news! We have partnered with Duuo Canada to be able to provide our vendors with the insurance policy we require. Backed by The Co-operators, Duuo provides Canadians with affordable event insurance that can be purchased in just a few clicks. Our vendors will enjoy exclusive rates on the cost of Duuo’s event insurance for the Fair.
