To ensure you receive the maximum promotional benefits available with your sponsorship, we encourage businesses to confirm their sponsorship early.
August 15, 2026: Guaranteed inclusion in the printed Fair Guide and other eligible printed materials.
August 31, 2026: Guaranteed website recognition, social media recognition, and on-site signage (where applicable).
Sponsorships are welcome after these dates; however, some printed recognition opportunities may no longer be available due to production deadlines.
