Please Note: All vendor applications are subject to a review and vetting process by the West Niagara Agricultural Society. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will be selected based on product fit, space availability, and event needs.

Vendor Application Review Process
To maintain a diverse, high-quality vendor experience, all applications will undergo a formal review process.
Applications are evaluated based on:
- Product or service relevance to fair attendees
- Vendor category balance
- Space availability
- Compliance with fair policies
- Completion of required documentation
Important:
- Applying does not guarantee acceptance
- Duplicate vendor categories may be limited
- Successful applicants will be contacted upon approval, beginning June 1
- Incomplete applications will not be considered
Booth Rates
All rates include HST.
Indoor Vendor Spaces (All spaces have power available.)
- 10' x 10' – $250
- 10' x 12' – $290
- 10' x 20' – $440
Outdoor Vendor Spaces
- 10' x 10' – $190
- 10' x 20' – $330
Non-Profits
We welcome local non-profit organizations to apply for a discounted rate in exchange for providing a free interactive activity for fairgoers (e.g. giant Jenga, cornhole, crafts, etc.). To inquire, please complete the vendor application form and indicate your planned activity.

How do I apply?
Vendor applications will be available online starting May 5, 2026.
What are the hours of operation during the Fair?
Indoor Vendors must be staffed and operational during all fair hours:- Friday, September 11 – 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday, September 12 – 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Sunday, September 13 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Outdoor Vendors: Sunday attendance is optional. Please notify WNAS in advance if you do not plan to be present.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. All applications are reviewed and vetted to ensure the best fit for the event.
What's included with my vendor fee?
Each vendor is provided with two (2) Fair Passes, valid for full weekend admission. Additional passes are available for purchase prior to the event.
Are booth spaces limited?
Yes. Early application is strongly recommended, though all submissions must still pass the approval process.
What types of vendors are accepted?
Marketplace vendors, service providers, artisans, and community organizations are welcome.
Can I request a specific booth location?
Requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Is insurance required?
Yes. All approved vendors must provide proof of $2 million liability insurance prior to the event. Vendors must list West Niagara Agricultural Society as additionally insured.
