Are you interested in being a Commercial Vendor at the WEST NIAGARA FAIR?

The  WEST NIAGARA FAIR, held the weekend after Labour Day,  is a large three day event, running Friday to Sunday, drawing crowds from all over, extending well out of our local Niagara Region. It is a wonderful opportunity to sell your quality product or promote an item or service.

Vendor opportunities vary from basic outdoor, serviced outdoor and indoor spaces. Note: Indoor spaces are prime real estate at a fair and are contracted out on a first come first serve basis; as well applies to prime outdoor spaces - so act quickly!  

To Obtain an application for rental of Commercial Vendor space at the fair, please Email: westniagarafairsecretary@gmail.com 

In your Email, please provide:

  • In the subject Line: Application for Commercial Vendor space at WNF
  • your name,
  • contact information (phone numbers and alternate numbers),
  • a description of the product you wish to sell or the purpose of your booth if you do not sell a commercial product. 

Also use this contact for any other related promotional opportunities for the fair.

The West Niagara Fair is a volunteer run organization and supports community opportunities and community promotion.


Note: In the case of Covid-19, if the Fair is cancelled Vendors will be notified and any monies from contract agreements will be refunded.
