West Niagara Fair Vendors
The West Niagara Fair takes place over three days. We expect our vendors to be set up and ready to sell beginning on Friday Sep 8 at 4:00 pm and remain open during our operating hours until Sunday Sep 10 at 5:00 pm.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE. See below under Event Insurance for an option with our partner Duuo Insurance.
All costs quoted are HST included.
INSIDE RETAIL VENDORS
Our Livestock building is our "Vendor Marketplace". Rest assured, this building is clean, spacious, has a cement floor and plenty of hydro hookups. Our spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Rates for 2023 are $195 for a single space or $315 for a double space! We will accept applications for retail and pre-packaged food sales (with the exception of popcorn, cotton candy or candy apples). Two vendor passes are included in the rental price, and are good for entry to the fairgrounds for the duration of the fair.
FOOD CONCESSIONS
One of the best things at the Fair is the fair food! Our Fair features an outdoor "Food court" of sorts located strategically close to the Midway and to the Demolition Derby site - two very busy spots. Our minimum space has 15' frontage and includes garbage pickup; one Hydro 15A/110 volt outlet; access to potable water; plus three admission passes for your staff to use to enter the grounds throughout the Fair. We are no longer accepting food vendors for the 2023 West Niagara Fair. Additional or higher voltage hydro connection is subject to availability and will incur an additional cost. You will need to provide the amperage and voltage plus the connections required for electrical access when you complete the application.
OTHER DETAILS
Additional passes may be purchased ahead of the Fair. Set up times for inside vendors will be Thursday September 7th from 4pm-7pm and Friday September 8th from 11am-2pm. Vendors must be in place and ready to open by 4pm. Set up for food concessions will be discussed on an individual basis. Garbage is processed on site and we will provide bins with bags that will be emptied as needed. HST is included in all our stated rates.
