How to Register
Step 1: Complete Your Registration Form
All renters must complete the registration form in full before submitting payment.
You will be required to provide:
- Full contact information
- Unit type (RV, boat, trailer, camper, vehicle, etc.)
- Make and model
- Accurate total unit length, including hitch, tongue, ladders, motors, and all extensions
- Insurance information
- Emergency contact details
- Special circumstance requests:
- Early move-in
- Late move-in
- Early move-out
- Late move-out
- If you do not permit WNAS staff to move your vehicle (tow-behinds)
- Desired special move-in or move-out dates (if applicable)
Important: All measurements will be verified by WNAS. Payment submitted must accurately reflect the true size of your unit. Additional charges may apply if discrepancies are found.
Step 2: Submit Payment
Once your registration form is completed, click the secure payment button to submit your full payment through Square.
Registration is not considered complete until BOTH the form and payment are successfully submitted.

Early Bird (June Only): $21 per foot + HST
Regular Rate (July 2 onward): $23 per foot + HST
Special Circumstances Fees
A $50 fee (plus additional storage charges where applicable) applies for:
- Early move-in
- Late move-in
- Early move-out
- Late move-out
- Renters who do not permit WNAS staff to move their vehicle (tow-behinds)
Late Departure Policy
Units not removed by the scheduled move-out date without prior approved arrangements are subject to:
- $100/day late fee per unit
- Towing/removal at owner’s expense after 7 days
Storage Requirements
- Full payment due upon registration
- Units must be winterized before arrival
- No access to stored units during the season
- Vehicles must be leak-free and in good condition
- No hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, propane tanks (must be disconnected and firmly closed), or prohibited materials permitted
- Batteries should be disconnected
- No wheel chocks or hitch locks
- WNAS reserves the right to move, park, or relocate units for operational efficiency unless otherwise specified by renter
