Dispite the cooler weather the fair was a load of fun. Saturday's events featured the Antique tractors pulling out in the Derby pit area, along with an escavator and skid steer challenges. Job Title: Part time Secretary
Location: West Niagara Agricultural Centre, 7402 Mud Street, Grassie, ON
Assist Secretary/Treasurer with day to day operations of the West Niagara Agricultural Centre, the West Niagara Agricultural Society and the annual West Niagara Fair.
Hours of work:
2 part days per week, year round, in the office.
Attend monthly Executive and Board meetings.
Additional time as needed in the months of August and September for annual Fair.
You have some knowledge of Agricultural Societies, Canadian charities and working with volunteers.
You have experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.
You have some basic accounting knowledge or experience.
You are hands-on, self-sufficient and able to work independently.
You are flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly to a frequently changing environment where decisions are made quickly.
