Just a few days and counting until this musical festive event!
Winter indoor riding will not be held at the West Niagara Fairgrounds for this season.
Dispite the cooler weather the fair was a load of fun. Saturday's events featured the Antique tractors pulling out in the Derby pit area, along with an escavator and skid steer challenges. Displays, petting zoo and lots of free things to see and do. Lots of thrills and chills on the mid-way! Light Horses and Chuck wagons at the Ring Up at the Community Hall, entertainment with
Hannah Pattemore, age 10. Winner of the novice chocolate chip cookie class was excited to show off her prize winning cookies! - they are on display at the Community Centre, along with hundreds of other entries in various categories! Spelling Bee, 4-H Shows, Poultry Show, Kids-Zone and Mid-way were just busseling with fair-goes! It was a great first of this 3 day fair!

Students - Volunteering at the fair is a great way to obtain your volunteer hours But most of all there is a sence of accomplishment and reward in knowing you played a part in making this great event!
... for preparation of our Fair, our regular Board meeting for August has been moved to TUESDAY AUGUST 14 and we will have an extra meeting just for FAIR on TUESDAY AUGUST 28
